Reminds of the late eighties when Cowboy Mouth would chant, "Fat's Domino play fucking New Orleans!!!" : : : : Wish people would understand that it is not the artist who decides where and when they will play! I am quite sure that the Brothers would like nothing better than to play in New Orleans more often, but the money and the venue must be right for them. Seems like these days it is only the House of Rules (sorry,Blues!) and Jazz Fest that is prepared to make an offer they can accept. The Nevilles are not a charity,they have bills to pay like the rest of us. Question, why does Tipitinas not book them during Jazz Fest? : : What ED said is sadly true...if it is not Jfest or Mardi Gras there are not alot of people who come out for the Nevs in New Orleans...and Annie yes there are few lame Neville fans but skin color does not determine who is cool and who is not.
